This stunning residence in the Santa Cruz mountains was a 5,400 sq ft semi-custom build.

Donna worked with the builder to select all of the warm finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that make

this home glow elegantly. The color palette of golds, bronze, latte, and white worked wonderfully with the mustard yellows of the structure and terracotta tiled roof.

Donna also worked with Santa Cruz-based landscape designer, Kathleen Shaeffer Design, to turn the surrounding land into a lush inviting space and to bring the interior courtyard from a concrete slab to a lush and cozy space to relax and peek at the soaring redwoods surrounding the house.
